Our product is the installation and maintenance of security equipment including burglar alarms and full security systems for Oxford, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Banbury and the surrounding areas. We are a NSI (National Security Inspectorate) approved installer and have been awarded with the NSI Gold status, This means, all our staff and engineers have been fully vetted and cleared by the Police authority and the company is audited every six months to ensure we continue to work to standards and good working practices.
We have selected a whole range of equipment taking into account its quality, reliability, style and price. Our decisions are made on years of experience within the industry therefore, once we have surveyed premises and discussed the customer's requirements, we will select the best suited equipment for the job.
System Design & Installation
First we design the system. The design process takes into account standards, both British and European and the relevant National Security Inspectorate code of practice. From there on, equipment is selected and a system design is produced and price obtained. Our security systems and solutions are each tailored to suit Standards, customer requirements, purpose and price.
Once the design process is complete and has been accepted by the customer, we can then review and process the order.
The system is then installed with diligence making every effort to make the security system as subtle as possible. When the system has been commissioned, an engineer will take time to demonstrate and hand the system over to the customer. This is where our relationship really begins.
Our purpose is to design and install good quality security systems, which inspire confidence and are easy to use. Therefore, a customer is more likely to use the system each and every time and reduce the risk of burglary.
Timed Maintenance
We're there for you 24 hours a day. If it's technical support, maintenance, changes to the way the system is used or out of hours emergency cover, we are here to support our customers.
Systems are maintained six monthly or annually depending on the system type and the first year of maintenance is FREE for every customer who purchases a new and full system. Our dedicated service department ensures systems are maintained at the correct service intervals taking the stress of remembering away from the customer. As part of our security system maintenance service, we offer a silver maintenance contract, which covers labour on system derived callout faults.
